Accuracy and Availability of Products

Products listed on the Neuvo Life website may not always be in stock at the time you place your order. All orders are subject to product availability.

Neuvo Life reserves the right to limit quantities of any products or services offered. We also reserve the right to restrict sales to specific individuals, regions, or jurisdictions as needed.

While we make every effort to display product images and colors accurately, the actual appearance of products or packaging may vary. Product descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

Acceptance of Orders

Product descriptions on our site are invitations to purchase. When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number. This confirmation does not mean your order has been accepted.

Orders are accepted only when products are ready for shipment and payment has been successfully processed.

Neuvo Life reserves the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion and may cancel orders for any reason—even after payment. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued to the original payment method.

Price Adjustment Policy

All sales are final. Once payment is processed, Neuvo Life does not accept returns or issue refunds.

Shipping Policy

Neuvo Life ships products within Canada only. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight and selected delivery method and will be shown at checkout.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. Customers are responsible for any additional charges if packages are returned due to incorrect addresses.

Estimated delivery times will be provided when you place your order. These estimates are based on shipping dates (not order dates) and depend on order approval. While we aim to ship within 2–3 business days, delivery times may vary depending on carrier, location, and order details.

Limitation of Liability

Neuvo Life’s liability is limited to the total value of your order, excluding taxes and shipping fees. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of use, data, profits, or savings.

We are not responsible for products lost or damaged during shipping or due to circumstances beyond our control or customer actions.

Sales Tax

Applicable sales taxes are calculated based on your shipping address at checkout.
